Residents of houses inundated during rains protest

The heavy rains that lashed Coimbatore for the last two days had inundated several areas near Ganapathi and suburbs due to ill maintained drainage systems. Residents today demonstrated on the road near Kamarajapuram against the negligence of civic body.
