Space constraints in ill maintained burial ground?

The residents of Veerakeralam have lodged a police complaint stating that a corpse buried ten days back was exhumed and thrown in the open to give space for the burial of another body. This led to foul stench in and around the area. They also alleged that the burial ground was ill- maintained.
