WATCH : Elephant tries to attack forest personnel

Forest personnel had a miraculous escape when an elephant tried to attack their jeep in Marudamalai. The personnel were trying to drive back the pachyderms that had entered the village at Marudamalai in search of water and food. Visibly irritated, one of the elephants started running towards the jeep to attack the forest personnel.
The alert vehicle driver immediately reversed the vehicle and moved away from the spot. However, the personnel successfully drove back the elephants – two adults and a calf – into the forest area after a few hours.
