Woman comes under the wheels of a bus and dies

A couple riding on a two wheeler and returning from eye check up at Aravind Eye Hospital met with an accident near Hope college, in which the woman,Sagayamary succumbed to injuries and died on the way to the hospital.Sagayamary’s husband Pushpanathan who was driving the two wheeler lost control and both of them fell on the road. Sagayamary came under the wheels of a government bus which was right behind them.Police allege that Pushpanathan must have lost control of the vehicle due to blurred vision after the eye check up.
